Valohna Wynn

Welcome

Life is an active process of self-creation, and creativity is therapeutic and healing. Innovation is what drives a program forward to heal those in need.

We would like to introduce Valohna Wynn.

The multi-modality experience with Valohna Wynn takes a client inward to experience. Whether it is a weekend retreat or an individual client, Valohna has a way of communicating with her clients about how to live an authentic life by owning and recognizing the energy that makes up the soul.

Because her body of work touches upon movement, meditation, and somatic experiences, the client is drawn into an intimate inward journey. The process brings a client back to themselves with a vital idea for the future, beyond old belief systems that do not serve the soul.

Coming back to oneself is all about owning the gifts of being through life's challenges and finding a way to constructively own the past by making the here and now be the focus and stepping into a new possibility for the future feeling whole and complete.

Utilizing therapeutic art programming, dance movement, meditation, and deep, immersive conversations about personal belief systems, Valohna intimately reaches people. As a life coach and multi-discipline artist, Valohna is unique in her field of expertise, capable of creating programming that usually requires many instructors to complete. As a dedicated healer, this program gives beyond just the client; it creates a bridge to the healing for all who participate, be it the family member, social worker, therapist, care giver, or the facility's program director. Valohna Wynn offers an intimate perspective into holistic mentorship, Be it trauma-based, education-based, or in private practice.
