As an empath and compassionate woman by nature, I knew that it was pure synchronicity when I came upon Dr. Bradley Nelson’s work: The Emotion Code. This modality of energy healing has enabled me to enhance and embrace my gifts as a healer. I have now stepped into the world with a clear intent to make a difference, and it’s my heart’s biggest adventure yet.
I’m no stranger to pain.
My life story is filled with moments that were as dramatically damaging as they were disturbing. However, time has shown that we all grow into ourselves. I grew into a deep inner knowing that there’s more to living than accepting the heavy emotional pain that drove much of my life in my 20s and early 30s. It was a time when so many decisions I made were based upon falsehoods that affected the way I perceived my place in the world.
To get through these dark moments, the most powerful ally I had was art and its therapeutic qualities. Little did I know that my personal experiences and inner work would be primers for my role as a designer and as an art director for a nonprofit, where I work with teens who are experiencing various forms of trauma and lived through parallel experiences as I did. To be a witness for youth who have lived in the parade of horribles, and now have the opportunity to hold a safe space for them has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
Being the light.
This is actually where this story begins. At 60, I’ve landed with grace and settled into my spiritual roots with a love and fire like never before.
My desire is to share this fire and passion for self-actualization with you, and to assist you to find the magnificence that was and has always been your birthright.
I became a certified Emotion Code Practitioner because I knew that in order to be seen in the world and to be of service to you in all ways that honor your highest good, officially joining this family of energy healers was a part of my life process.
